Function: bindButtonToCommand()

function bindButtonToCommand(
   button, 
   command, 
   __namedParameters?
): void;

Makes the button reflect the command and execute it when clicked, as ElementOrPositionButtonView does. Also used for menu items, which are a different kind of button.
